Program Description
BIA Charter School offers a text messaging program to provide parents, guardians, and staff with important, non-commercial informational and transactional alerts. These alerts include, but are not limited to, the following types of messages:

Urgent/Emergency Alerts: School closures, early dismissals, or critical safety notifications.

Attendance Alerts: Notifications regarding student absences or tardiness.

Academic Reminders: Homework deadlines, project reminders, and information regarding school-provided devices (Chromebooks/iPads).

General Announcements: Reminders for events, administrative deadlines, and important school activities.

Messaging frequency may vary depending on school operations, student activity, and emergency situations, but is typically around 5-10 messages per month.
