Clubs and Extracurricular Activities
BIA is proud to offer extracurricular learning opportunities and experiences to BIA students. Club offerings are based on student interest, as well as that of our staff. Many of the clubs offered at BIA are sponsored and facilitated by BIA staff. We also partner with vetted outside vendors to be able to offer an expanded catalog to our students. All extracurricular activities are offered to only currently enrolled BIA students in good academic standing.
Clubs are offered to enhance the core curriculum, as well as teaching and learning at BIA. While extracurricular activities are encouraged and supported at BIA, academics are the heart of BIA. Students must maintain satisfactory attendance and academic standing to participate in any extracurricular activity at BIA. Students must be present during the school day a club is offered in order to attend the club that day. Students may NOT attend a club if they have not attended school for at least 4 hours that day. Students with excess absences may be removed from club participation, as well. Students must maintain satisfactory academic standing to participate in clubs. Any student in jeopardy of non-satisfactory achievement or growth in academics may be removed from any extracurricular activity facilitated by BIA.
